Work Weekend at Grandma and Grandpa's House

We go up to Grandma and Grandpa's house 1-2 a year to do a big family work project. Perry worked on the sprinkler system with his brothers. Some worked on children or should I say grandchildren playyard, some took down the old leftover playhouse, some weeded, some cleaned, some planted stuff, some laughed, some went to Logan to get missing parts, some cooked, some played, some did the dishes over and over again, come cooked meals, some straightened up the house, some came and went and helped when they could, some weren't able to make it and were missed, and over all we got a lot done and loved being together. Here is a picture of the Brook, Richard, and their cousin Will with a little bunny they found at a nearby park.

It's Graduation Time for our 1st Grader!

We just had our sweet Brook's 1st grade graduation. She just loves her 1st grade teacher! This girl has personality. Can you tell? I love her!

Time to Redecorate

We have been redecorating here and there. I felt like we shouldn't go and spend a ton of money on the kitchen and then we went to Spring break and had a leak that cost us $5400 in damage. So, now we have that leak paying for the redecorating itself. Here are the before shots and in about 6 weeks we should have the after shots. Notice the flooring is already done. We have put in the lights and were trying to get cool look with the different levels, but it was too extreme for me. We are going to have our yummy kitchen that I love soon. Yeah.

Bigger is not Better

These are 2 of my sisters and my new niece!

We went down to see the Watkins, Cindi, Amy, and Bella. This is my little sister with her first baby!

Knott's Berry Farm

So, the kids and my man went to Knott's Berry Farm. This picture totally cracks me up!

Calico!

Can you tell I am 17 weeks pregnant???? Ha ha!! We put in the stroller so the picture will be "updated" longer! Ha ha!

I guess this will be our new family picture for awhile. While in our trip, we got to eat at Thai food restaurant 2 times, In-n-Out-3 times, and Rubios-1 time. We got to go to the beach-Yes!!!! it was like 85 degrees! perfect! My little sister came down and met up with us. It was so fun to have her there with us for the weekend at my oldest sister's house. Cindi totally spoiled us with relaxation, good fun, HGTV, smoothies, out to dinner, and of course the beach. I loved going to their ward.....such great lessons! Good comments. It was a great time. I was really bummed to come back to "real life."

Jon Heder

My daughter, niece, and sister got to meet Jon Heder at the youth fireside in their area. He spoke about being in the world but not of the world. He was very down to earth...of course and funny. He has really tried to find good, clean films to be apart of.

"Broadway Blast"

The Girls were in a school show called "Broadway Blast." They did such a great job. This is Mariah in the red skirt.
